Abstract: This test method applies to the measurement of x-radiation emitted from high voltage rectifiers and shunt regulators.
Purpose To obtain the soft x-radiation characteristics of high voltage receiving tubes in order to determine the levels emitted by the tubes when they are operated at high voltages without shielding.
