Abstract: This specification establishes the design, performance, and acceptance requirements for the (Type RR-()/AL) Chaff Roving Bundle. The chaff (radar reflector) roving bundle contains a component capable of creating confusing returns to radar systems operating within specified frequency ranges when used with the dispenser/cutter prescribe Intended Use: Chaff roving bundles covered by this specification are intended for use in the AN/ALE-43(V) Dispensing Sets.
