Abstract: PURPOSE
This directive defines the requirements that constitute the Hearing Conservation Program at the Goddard Space Flight Center (GSFC) to prevent noise-induced hearing loss.
APPLICABILITY
This directive applies to all GSFC civil service employees. GSFC contractors, tenant organizations, grantees, clubs, and other organizations operating under the auspices of GSFC, or on GSFC property, shall administer their own hearing conservation programs that meet the requirements of NPR 1800.1 and Sections 2-3 of this GPR.
