Abstract: This specification establishes the requirements for a decontaminating cleaning compound, for soiled and radioactive contaminated surfaces, that is soluble in water, hard water and sea water (see 6.1). Intended Use: The cleaning compound, after dissolving in water, hard water, or sea water, is intended for use in the cleaning of finished and unfinished aircraft surfaces that are soiled.
