Abstract: This specification covers the requirements for the CKU-10/A and CKU-11/A Rocket Catapults (see 6.1).Intended Use: The CKU-10/A and CKU-11/A Rocket Catapults are intended to be used to propel an aircraft ejection seat and its occupant safely out and away from a jet aircraft. Since these Rocket Catapults were designed for use in military aircraft, there are no commercial applications.
