Abstract: PURPOSE. This Instruction provides Coast Guard (CG) policy on logistics readiness reviews (LRRs). LRRs formally evaluate the execution of logistics plans that support CG systems (e.g., aircraft, vessels, and electronic equipment). This Instruction identifies the reason for conducting an LRR, the decisions an LRR supports, when to conduct an LRR, what an LRR evaluates, and LRR organizational responsibilities.
