Abstract: Purpose.
This instruction provides information and direction to all U.S. Coast Guard personnel involved in the transmission of Loran-C and OMEGA navigation signals. It defines responsibilities and procedures for submitting NOTAM requests in order to provide maximum protection to the aviation community.
