Abstract: The aim of this agreement is to define the Optical Transfer Function (OTF) which characterizes the imaging quality of imaging devices, to establish the principles and procedures for its measurement and finally, to give detailed specifications for the measurement of the OTF for prototyping and quality control of specific imaging devices.
