Abstract: This document gives the requirements for the manufacture, assembly, and packaging of the Cable Cutter and the methods of inspection and tests upon which product acceptance will be based.Intended Use: The cable cutters are designed to sever an antenna cable in an emergency. As the cable cutters were designed for military aircraft, there is no commercial application.
