Abstract: PURPOSE
This Marshall Policy Directive (MPD) states Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC) energy and water conservation policy and establishes organizational responsibilities for managing and reducing MSFC energy and water consumptions and costs.
APPLICABILITY
This MPD applies to the personnel, programs, projects, and activities at MSFC including contractors and resident agencies to the extent specified in their respective contracts/agreements. ("Contractors" for purpose of this paragraph include contractors, grantees, Cooperative Agreement recipients, Space Act Agreement partners, or other agreement parties.)
