Abstract: PURPOSE
This Marshall Guidance Manual (MGM) establishes the guidelines for determining hours of duty and for the administration of absences and leave in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. It provides Center guidance, to be used in conjunction with the referenced statutory and regulatory requirements. The Human Resources Services Office may be consulted for further information and guidance.
