The information necessary to enable interoperable LLC procedures for Packet Data is provided in this document or referenced in other documents as appropriate. This document assumes the reader has a good working knowledge of the Data Overview and Specification [6]. The functions allocated to the LLC procedures include the following major aspects: • Confirmed and unconfirmed CAI data packet conveyance • Segmentation and re-assembly of logical messages
