description abstractPURPOSE
The purpose of this Marshall Policy Directive (MPD) is to implement the provisions of NASA Policy Directive (NPD) 8900.1.
APPLICABILITY
This MPD applies to the personnel, programs, projects, and activities at Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC) and MSFC's Michoud Assembly Facility, including contractors and resident agencies to the extent specified in their respective contracts or agreements. ("Contractors," for purposes of this paragraph, include contractors, grantees, Cooperative Agreement recipients, Space Act Agreement partners, or other agreement parties.)
This MPD is applicable to all organizations engaged in human space flight programs payload or experiment activities.
