description abstractThe MSG Safety Operations Handbook defines the unique interfaces between the MSG facility team and the investigations with respect to operational safety. The JSC PSRP has mandated via Payload Hazard Reports (PHRs) that certain safety items will be controlled through baselined operations procedures. These safety controls are defined via standard operating procedures contained herein.
PURPOSE. The purpose of the MSG Safety Operations Handbook is to define the standard operating procedures required to satisfy specific operations related safety controls levied by the JSC Payload Safety Review Panel (PSRP).
